Heidi was raised in Chicago, IL by a Cuban father and a Guatemalan mother. She has been writing songs and performing since she was eight years old. With the support of her parents, Heidi graduated early from high school to record original songs and tour the Midwest as an independent artist. Heidi went on to earn a Business Degree in Marketing for Music & Entertainment from Baylor University. After college Heidi worked at Warner Bros. Records in Nashville, TN and moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2010 to pursue an artist career. She grew to become a dynamic songwriter in both English and Spanish markets, co-writing 2 #1 UK hits, Little Mix’s “Wings” and Cheryl Cole’s “Crazy Stupid Love” as well as many other notable releases. Artist collaborations include Pitbull, Dove Cameron, Allen Stone, Natasha Bedingfield, Kiana Lede, The Script, Jojo, New Kids on The Block, Kelly Rowland, Sam Feldt, Tinashe, among others. Her music has been featured on television shows and movies including Pitch Perfect 3, American Idol, The Voice, Glee, Dancing with the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, The View, Good Morning America, X Factor, Baggage Claim, Florence Foster Jenkins, among others. She has also written and recorded commercial jingles for Target and other brands, has vocal produced for several recording artists, and sang background vocals on multiple albums and on tour.

Heidi began songwriting and artist development coaching in 2017. She works with artists from all over the world, in English and Spanish, helping develop their artistic voice, songwriting, live and studio performances. Heidi has a very personal approach to her coaching style, catering to each student's different needs. She pulls from her hands on experience and learned techniques to encourage artists to reach their full potential.
